Most people landing at ALP are heading into the Old City — the Citadel, the lanes around the souq, the hotels on the western side near the university. All of that is a straight, well-lit drive from the airport road.

Aleppo is also the natural top of a longer trip. Homs is about 190 km down the M5, a shade over two hours of open motorway. Latakia and the coast are around 180 km west on the M4, a genuinely pleasant drive once you're past the ridge. Damascus is the long one: roughly 360 km, four and a half to five hours if you don't stop. You can start in Aleppo and finish anywhere — just tell us where you plan to go so we can agree the return arrangement in advance.

Where exactly do we meet at Aleppo airport?

How long is the drive from Aleppo airport into the city centre?

About twenty to twenty-five minutes for the roughly 10 km into central Aleppo. It can stretch past half an hour late in the afternoon when traffic builds on the approach roads, but it is a short, straightforward run compared with most airport transfers.

What if my flight is delayed or lands early?
